The University of South Australia has released an RFP inviting prospective tenderers to submit a proposal for the provision of service of electronic security systems across its 6 metropolitan and regional campuses.

Campuses requiring support include Adelaide City East Campus, Adelaide City West Campus, Mawson Lakes Campus, Magill Campus, Regional Whyalla Campus and Regional Mount Gambier Campus. Systems requiring support include alarms, access, CCTV and relevant subsystems.

Enquiries should be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. The Tenderer shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the private question method in the online forum tool within the TenderLink System.

The University shall respond to the clarifications or questions by uploading a Clarification Request Document/Template/Register as an Addendum. This will be shared publicly to all Tenderers if the information provided is relevant to all Tenderers.

Completed responses can only be submitted via the electronic tender box, you are to include the completed Word response template document. Respondents will receive a successful submission receipt timed and dated upon completion. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Site visits will be conducted on Wednesday 21st October 2021 at 11:00am – companies should register their intention to attend via email to [email protected] Before close of business Monday 18th October 2021. Within the current UniSA COVID guidelines, only 1 person per company may attend.

Due to the restrictions in site visit, there will not be any opportunity to respond to any technical questions, each question must be submitted in accordance with the Tender guidelines.
