Compulsory Site Meet Looms For Big Uni CCTV Security Maintenance Tender Released By University of the Sunshine Coast.

Compulsory Site Meet Looms For Big Uni CCTV Security Maintenance Tender – A compulsory site inspection is this Monday March 30 for the University of the Sunshine Coast’s CCTV audit and security maintenance tender with supplier registration closing COB this Friday, March 27.

The tender, released by UniSC, calls for delivery of 2 separable scopes of work. The first covers a CCTV audit and upgrade at the Sippy Downs campus, including replacement of identified analogue cameras with IP-based devices and repositioning of cameras to improve coverage. The second scope is a corrective maintenance agreement for electronic security systems, offered as a fixed 3-year term with 2 optional 1-year extensions.

The maintenance component covers a multi-vendor environment including Gallagher access control, Avigilon field devices, Jacques intercom and emergency call point systems, and Aperio wireless locking hardware and hubs. The contract defines performance expectations and compliance obligations to maintain system reliability, safety and operational integrity across the estate.

The University of the Sunshine Coast operates multiple campuses across Queensland, with its primary site at Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast. The university supports a large student population across teaching, research and accommodation facilities, requiring integrated electronic security systems to manage access, monitor activity and support safety across open and distributed environments.

The requirement combines infrastructure refresh with ongoing service delivery, giving contractors an opportunity to engage across both upgrade works and longer-term maintenance of a complex, multi-system deployment.
