Western Australia Connects At Gallagher Security Forum – More than 70 security professionals from across Western Australia gathered in Perth on Wednesday for the Gallagher Security Western Australia Security Forum, bringing together channel partners, end users, consultants and technology partners for a day of industry connection.
The event provided an opportunity to examine the challenges and opportunities shaping the security sector, with a focus on emerging technologies, integration and operational outcomes.
Paul Gordon, sales manager – Western Australia, said the strong turnout and level of engagement reflected the ongoing value of Gallagher’s forum events.
“One of the biggest takeaways from this year’s forum was seeing so many people come together to share knowledge, ask questions, and have genuine conversations about security,” Gordan said.
“A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the day such a success.“
The forum included presentations from Scott Johnstone, director of sales – Australia, Dean Matheson, national technical manager, and Andrew Myssonski, high security and federal manager. Sessions covered emerging security trends, integrated solutions, protection of critical assets and future technology development.
Attendees were also given insight into upcoming Gallagher innovations, with discussion centred on simplifying system operation and extracting greater value from existing security investments.
Technology partners including Alcolizer, ASSA ABLOY, Milestone Systems, Salto Systems and Traka demonstrated their latest solutions, highlighting the role of integration with Gallagher solutions across a range of security applications.
“During presentations or informal conversations between sessions, people were willing to share experiences and learn from one another,” Gordon said.
“Those discussions are incredibly valuable and are a big part of why we host these events.”
