BENS is looking for a monitoring centre operator with an NSW Security Licence 1E Security licence to join its team.
Previous call centre or customer service experience would be an advantage; we are an alarm monitoring call centre and you must be able to speak clear English and you will need to be a fast learner with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
We run a proprietary in-house alarm management system and training will be provided. You will need to have some computer literacy; your own transport will be an advantage and you need to be be available to work rotating shifts 24/7. You must also be reliable, punctual, motivated and be able to politely deal with difficult situations.
This position is part-time, however there is the option to transition to full-time.
