Access Control And CCTV For Women And Babies Hospital At Fiona Stanley Hospital Precinct.
Access Control And CCTV For Women And Babies Hospital – Packages for security, access control, nurse call and more are now open for expression of interest as part of the new Women and Babies Hospital (NWBH) project at Fiona Stanley Hospital precinct in Perth.
The contracts are part of a wider construction program led by WA Life, a division of Webuild Group, which also includes electrical, dry fire, wet fire, and building management services. Submissions for all work packages close 22 September 2025.
The new hospital is designed to replace the aging King Edward Memorial Hospital and will include dedicated inpatient facilities for maternity and gynaecology patients, a neonatal care unit, operating theatres, outpatient clinics, and a family birth centre. Alongside this, the Osborne Park Hospital will also be expanded with similar enhancements in maternal health, including a mental health mother-baby unit and support services.
The scope of the security and comms systems is expected to support 24-hour clinical operations, facilitate emergency response, and ensure staff and patient safety across a high-traffic medical environment.
Interested parties should contact Ashraf Nassar at EOI@walife.au for project enquiries and registration of expressions of interest.
This access control and CCTV for Women And Babies Hospital EOI closes on September 22 – you can learn more here or read more SEN news here.
