Access Hardware To Acquire API Security & Access – Access Hardware has signed a definitive agreement to acquire API Access & Security in a strategic move that will expand the company’s national locksmithing and security capabilities and position it as Australia’s largest commercial locksmith provider.
The acquisition of API Access & Security will bring together 2 highly respected teams with shared values, a strong customer-first approach, and deep technical expertise.
