Canadian technology provider ecobee, said its WiFi thermostat now integrates with Alarm.com-based smart home solutions, allowing customers to control their ecobee smart thermostats using the Alarm.com app.
According to ecobee, its thermostats save up to 26 per cent on heating and cooling, performance which enhances the Alarm.com energy management component of multiple smart home solutions.
“We’re excited to be able to deliver improved convenience and energy savings to customers in partnership with Alarm.com,” said Greg Fyke, ecobee vice president of product.
