ANU seeks duress solution – Australian National University has gone to tender seeking an expansion to its duress solution on its main campus.
According to the tender, ANU’s Facilities and Services seeks to engage a service provider to deliver a duress enhancement project on the Acton campus – there are more specific requirements relating to the project, but you need to log in below to find out more.
Australian National University is a public research university and member of the Group of Eight, located in Canberra with around 20,000 students. Its main campus in Acton encompasses 7 teaching and research colleges, in addition to several national academies and institutes.
ANU Seeks Duress Solution Enhancement
ANU has a number of partnerships in the security segment, including a new $45 million building for the ANU Research School of Computer Science and Mathematical Sciences Institute that was partly funded by a $12 million investment from the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD).
Australian Signals Directorate is the federal statutory agency in the Australian Government responsible for foreign signals intelligence, providing support to military operations, cyber warfare, and information security.
