Arts centre seeks CCTV upgrades – Development Victoria is seeking an IP CCTV system upgrade at an affordable price.

DV seeks highly capable and diligent security contractor offering the best available value for money to undertake the works for the Reimagining Arts Centre Melbourne’s (RACM) critical asset management (CAM) security services (project).

Development Victoria is seeking a contractor that will be able to work independently and effectively within a live environment with multiple project stakeholders.

Scope of works includes decommissioning and removal of nominate analogue CCTV cameras, supply and installation of new IP cameras, associated ancillary works.

This procurement will be conducted as a single-phase tender issued to the open market. The contractor will be engaged to provide services under Development Victoria’s AS2124 general conditions of contract with special conditions.

The anticipated tender period is 29 April 2022 – 20 May 2022 but you need to register interest by April 28 as the tender closes on April 29.

The location is likely to be the Theatres Building (home to the State Theatre, Playhouse, and Fairfax Studio), which DV is refurbishing as part of a seriously big project called the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation.
