Attalis Acquires Site Monitoring Provider, Vision Intelligence – Sydney-based private equity firm Attalis Capital, with former founder of Fredon Security and previous country president of Securitas Australia Danny Berkovic as operating partner, has acquired site monitoring provider, Vision Intelligence.

The acquisition gives Attalis a majority stake in Vision Intelligence and is expected to accelerate the growth of the company’s advanced site monitoring solutions across verticals such as construction, mining, infrastructure, logistics and government. According to Berkovic Attalis Capital is aiming to double or triple Vision Intelligence’s scale in the coming years.
