Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence Finalists – 2025 finalists for the Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence have been announced.

This year’s awards, to be presented in Melbourne on October 30, recognise outstanding achievements electronic security installations and integrated solutions above and below $A500,000, product of the year awards across access control, alarms, physical security and CCTV, as well as supplier, distributor and manufacturer categories. Individual awards recognise technical and operational contributions, as well as unsung hero and diversity and inclusion categories.

Nominated companies in this year’s awards include Ajax Systems, Axis Communications (nominated for the Q6358-LE camera), Brisbane Alarm Monitoring Security Services, Davcor, EON Protection, Ezi Security Systems, Gallagher Security, Genetec, Inner Range, Jack Fuse (for its Electronic Break Glass), KEENFINITY in partnership with Bosch (for the DINION Thermal 8100i), OmniVision, Optic Security Group, PMT Security, Sapio (for its Moreton Bay integration), Securitas Electronic Security, SPL Security Solutions, Supernova Security Systems, and NRG Services QLD.

Among the finalists are integration and monitoring companies competing in tightly contested installation and project-based categories, including Access Group Solutions, EXEC Security, Dynamic Security Management, Chubb Fire & Security (SMC), and Securecorp.

Individual nominees in 2025 include Bryan Otuhouma (Access Group Solutions), Dean Matheson (Gallagher Security), Greg Jones (NRG Services QLD), Halim AL Hasany (Dynamic Security Management), Ikramdeep Singh (MS Group Australia), Karen Drury (Certis Gold Coast Light Rail), Lucas Calder (EXEC Security), Maddison Pirie (Access Group Solutions), Michael Batchelor (Chubb Fire & Security), Rebecca Sorgiovanni (Optic Security Group), Rochelle Craig (Securecorp), and Tony Pham (Sapio).

“The quality of submissions was high again this year, with judges evaluating entries based on technical achievement, operational performance, and overall impact,” said ASIAL general manager, John Fleming.

Winners will be announced at a combined event in Melbourne on October 30. The ASIAL Awards for Excellence will be presented alongside the 10th Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) and the 14th Australian Security Medals Foundation Awards, with Col Cameron as master of ceremonies.
