Banksia Hill Juvenile Detention Centre Security – Programmed Facility Management (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Justice (DoJ) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake security systems upgrade works at the Banksia Hill Juvenile Detention Centre in WA.
Works under this program will see upgrade works to replace the remaining analogue cameras with new IP digital technology, extension of the existing coverage, extension of the existing Indigovision recording system, new video wall to the security control room, new Indigovision workstations to the officer station within the accommodation blocks, extension of the existing security network to accommodate the works and decommissioning of legacy technology.
Banksia Hill Juvenile Detention Centre is an 215-bed Australian juvenile prison facility for offenders aged 10–17 years, located at Canning Vale, Western Australia. It was opened in September 1997 to replace Longmore Detention Centre in Bentley.
