BENS Seeks Monitoring Centre Operator – Auburn-based BENS is looking for someone to join the team as a monitoring centre operator.

The candidate must have or be eligible to apply for a NSW Security Licence 1E Security. Previous call-centre or customer service experience would be an advantage and you must be able to speak clear English. You will also need to be a fast learner with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

BENS is an ASIAL A1 Grade Alarm Monitoring centre and runs a proprietary in-house alarm management system – training will be provided. You will need to have some computer literacy and you be available to work rotating shifts 24/7. You must also be reliable, punctual, motivated and be able to politely deal with difficult situations.
