Bosch DINION 7100i IR Arrives For Testing.
Bosch DINION 7100i IR Arrives – Bosch’s new DINION 7100I IR bullet camera, the NBE-7703-ALX, has arrived at SEN for testing.
This is a powerful camera that signals intent as soon as you pull it out of the box. From an operational perspective, this camera is designed for serious external applications, with long range intelligent 850nm IR illumination up to 80 metres, optional invisible IR at 940nm, or white light.
Key features include Bosch’s Starlight X technology for enhanced low-light performance, as well as HDR X – high dynamic range, which delivers strong detail in bright and dark areas of a scene without HDR motion blur and artefacts – this latter is strength many cameras don’t have.
Meanwhile Bosch IVA Pro delivers deep learning-based detection of people and vehicles to scenes ranging from sterile zones to crowded and congested streets.
There’s a 1/8th-inch 4MP sensor supported by an 4.7-10mm motorised zoom lens, giving an angle of view from 53-27 degrees, the operating temperature is -40 to 60C, there’s electronic image stabilisation, while IP66, IP67 and IP6K9K ratings against dust and water penetration – IP6K9K means the camera is impervious to any dust and to high temperature, high pressure jets of water.
