Brisbane-based electronic security integrator Bravis Security has won the RNA Showgrounds CCTV upgrade.

“We are very excited to announce that Bravis Security has been awarded the security contract to consolidate the camera systems of one of Queensland’s most iconic venues,” said Bravis Security Wade Anderson.

“The RNA Showground has been operating since 1876 and hosts more than 250 events a year – with the safety and security of the public a huge priority it’s a site we are very excited to be involved with.

“Our project involves the consolidation of 3 disparate VMS systems and the existing cameras into a Milestone VMS backbone with the introduction of new cameras where required, as well as the ongoing support of the system for the contract period. “Well done to all involved at Bravis – another great win for the team and a job we are looking forward to getting underway.”

The value of the contract was not disclosed.
