C.R. Kennedy is seeking a technical support engineer for its Perth office – an importer and distributor of leading edge technologies in the electronic security industry, CRK was established in 1934 and has more than 250 staff.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
* Internal technical sales support
* Pre-sales testing of systems
* Installation of systems
* Training of customers
Selection Criteria:
* Experience in CCTV, alarm or access control products preferred
* IP network design, installation and troubleshooting experience essential
* Experience with MS based operating systems and software essential
* Well presented with excellent communication skills
* Strong customer service focus.
