CCTV Upgrade For 5 Aged Care Facilities Across 5 Remote NT Communities.
CCTV Upgrade For 5 Aged Care Facilities – Barkly Regional Council has released a tender for the supply and installation of CCTV systems at 5 aged care sites across the Northern Territory.
The project, tender number BRC-ITAC001-25, will deliver upgraded security infrastructure in Elliott, Urapuntja (Arlparra), Ampilatwatja, Ali Curung, and Alpurrurulam.
The scope of works includes internal and external CCTV coverage at each location, supported by NX Witness video management software and the necessary licensing. Each site will also receive a dedicated comms rack, server with remote access capability, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and a monitor of at least 27 inches.
All systems are required to offer cloud-based or remote access functionality from Tennant Creek, allowing for off-site monitoring. The project also includes the supply of all related installation equipment and materials, along with freight, accommodation, and allowances.
The CCTV rollout supports enhanced safety and oversight at aged care centres serving some of the most remote communities in the NT.
