Devonport Airport Security Tender Released – TasPorts, the operator of Devonport Airport, has announced a future tender for the provision of security and additional services.
Located in Northwest Tasmania, Devonport Airport is a key regional aviation hub supporting passenger transport, freight and general aviation. The ongoing Devonport Airport Master Plan 2035 will position Devonport Airport as a key tourism and business gateway to Tasmania’s Northwest and Cradle Coast.
According to TasPorts, this new security tender will cover operational safety and compliance, with an emphasis on supporting regulated and efficient airport operations.
The announcement is currently an expression of interest only and no response is required until the formal tender is published. Security providers are advised to monitor TasPorts’ procurement portal for updates.
TasPorts is responsible for managing 11 Tasmanian ports and Devonport Airport, ensuring safe and efficient infrastructure for shipping, air services and regional economic growth.
