ES2 Security & Solutions has won a $A1.38 million contract to provide Western Australia’s Department of Communities (Communities) a Security Operation Centre (SOC) Service providing advanced cyber threat monitoring 24 hours x 7 days per week.
The service will monitor Communities’ diverse and complex ICT landscape that comprises applications and databases that exist within and are provided by 3 separate infrastructure platforms (former Department of Child Protection and Family Support, Department of Housing (including Housing Authority) and Disability Services Commission), currently located within three data centres for “on-premise” ICT, supplemented by the use of the Microsoft (MS) Azure environment.
