Flood Detection CCTV IoT Sensors.
Bayside City Council is seeking CCTV and IoT sensors for flood detection, as well as smart signage.
The scope of council’s RFQ relates to the supply and install of the required infrastructure to support real-time monitoring and timely warning in the event of a flood event.
Installation and Maintenance CCTV IoT Sensors
Council says the RFQ covers supply, installation and maintenance of a total of 4 bullet-style CCTV cameras, 3 x water-level IoT sensors (including associated infrastructure such LoRa Wan gateways), and 6 LED warning signs.
This equipment, including poles and solar-powered infrastructure where mains power/council owned poles are not available, is to be installed at 3 locations and maintenance period of 2 years is to be included.
