H3C Plus Completes Spring Street Precinct – H3C Plus has announced the successful completion of its security integration of the Spring Street Precinct for ISPT.

H3C Plus state business development manager, Rob Waters, said the team was delighted to successfully complete the complex project.

“This ambitious project involved the upgrade of 800 access-controlled doors and 250 IP CCTV cameras, as well as transitioning the precinct to the advanced Gallagher access control system and the Avigilon CCTV system platforms,” Waters said.

“Our team executed this complex operation by upgrading card readers, headend equipment, and credentials all while ensuring site security and minimizing disruptions for staff, tenants, and stakeholders throughout the precinct.”

Third party integrations undertaken by the H3C Plus team included TKE Engineering lift destination controls, Otis elevator control, Avigilon LPR, Parkable Parking Solutions, Yellowbox lockers and Gantner SALTO lockers. Waters said these integrations would enhance the overall experience for both building occupants and visitors.

“A huge thank you to our partners ACAD Services, ISPT, and CBRE for their collaboration and support throughout this project and congratulations to Simon Debrincat and our H3C Team for another successful project delivered,” Waters said.
