Hanwha Grows Australian Team – Michelle Ch’ng, Sean Wood and Marc Hatch have join Hanwha business development managers for Hanwha Vision Oceania.
Ch’ng brings with her more than 11 years’ experience in the electronic security industry, including a valuable combination of deep technology, engineering, strategy, and enterprise sales and operations expertise.
With experience in project engineer in building services, ICT and electronic security services, she combines these skills to drive both customer engagement and business growth in Victoria.

Prior to joining Hanwha Vision, Ch’ng worked at global consulting companies and global manufacturer, achieving business goals while providing an exceptional standard of service.
Meanwhile Wood brings more than 13 years’ experience in the electronic security industry, having worked with prominent system integrators during this period.
With a solid technical background, Wood’s primary focus at Hanwha Vision will be to provide education and support to local end-users, integrators, and partners, as well as to contribute to the growth of the business in Queensland.
Prior to joining Hanwha Vision, Wood held various positions at system integrators, including project manager, installation and commissioning supervisor and various lead technical roles.
Hatch brings with him more than 15 years’ experience as a highly experienced physical security and risk management professional.
He has supported high profile and large corporate organizations across various industries, so he will support and engage clients in achieving identified security outcomes as Hanwha’s national BDM.
Hatch has a proven track record of implementing comprehensive national electronic security projects, frameworks, and policies to protect people, assets, and facilities.
Prior to joining Hanwha Vision, he worked at consulting companies providing security-related consulting and project management services across Australia.
Lakshan Gunasekera, oceania manager for Hanwha Vision Oceania welcomed the new team members.
