The Best Three Rated awards are judged on a 50-point inspection process with no involvement from the candidate companies, that ranges from checking reviews, ratings, reputation and history, to complaints, cost and levels of customer satisfaction.
“It was quite a surprise for us to be rated as one of the 3 best security companies in South Australia,” said Infratec’s managing director, Kevin Brenner. “We were not even aware that we were being evaluated for such an award, so for our team to be recognised for all the effort we have put in is quite an honour.
