ISCS Australia Acquires National Fire & Security – ISCS Australia’s managing director, Stuart Harmer, said the company was delighted to announce the acquisition of security distributor National Fire & Security NZ, bringing together the ISCS New Zealand business and NFS New Zealand operations.
The merged organisation will operate nationwide from established locations in Auckland—servicing customers through the Mount Eden and Penrose branches—as well as Wellington and Christchurch, strengthening local support and enhancing national coverage.
Together, the businesses will spearhead a broad and complementary portfolio of trusted access control, security, intercom and CCTV solutions, distributing leading brands including HID Global, Milesight, Hikvision, Network Optix, Aiphone, DSC, Kantech, hattrix, ExacqVision, Brooks, FSH, Lockwood and dormakaba, among others.
