JAMES Cook University has released an EOI seeking the services of a qualified and highly experienced security consultant. 

Consultants are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide security consultancy services for a review of the security function, including strategy and delivery, at all James Cook University’s Australian sites.

James Cook University (JCU) is a public university and is the second oldest university in Queensland, Australia. JCU is a teaching and research institution and incorporates multiple research facilities. JCU’s main campuses are located in Cairns, Singapore (not included in this EOI) and Townsville. The student body across all sites is around 23,000.

JCU also has study centres in Mount Isa, Mackay and Thursday Island. A Brisbane campus, operated by Russo Higher Education, delivers undergraduate and postgraduate courses to international students. The University’s main fields of research include marine sciences, biodiversity, sustainable management of tropical ecosystems, genetics and genomics, tropical health care, tourism and engineering.

The JCU EOI closes on March 31. ♦
