James Layton Joins Dahua Technology Australia As State Manager For NSW & ACT.
James Layton Joins Dahua – Dahua Technology Australia has appointed James Layton as state manager for NSW and ACT in a move aimed at enhancing service delivery and broadening Dahua’s business reach.
“NSW has always been a key market for Dahua,” said Truman Zhang, President of Dahua Technology Oceania. “We’ve undergone significant evolution throughout 2024, and we’re eager to share our progress with our partners“.
“To achieve this, we need to strengthen our relationships. James’ deep experience and contacts in the Australian security industry makes him a valuable asset for engaging with our trusted partners in NSW and ACT.”
Layton brings with him 25 years of industry experience and over eight years of experience working with the Dahua brand, giving him unique insight into the company’s growth and the needs of the channel.
Reflecting on his appointment, Layton expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to contribute to Dahua’s continued success.
“I’ve been closely involved with the Dahua brand during what has been a challenging time for the industry,” Layton said. “I’ve witnessed how the company has transformed its internal operations and go-to-market strategy“.
“However, trust is something that must be earned over time. My goal is to position Dahua Technology as the go-to trusted partner for resellers and integrators in the region.”
Layton emphasised his commitment to fostering strong relationships as he steps into his new role.
“I’ve always believed in a relationships-first approach,” Layton said. “Over the next few months, I’ll focus on connecting with as many of our partners as possible. I want to understand their needs and priorities so that Dahua can better support their success.”
