“When we first launched the site back in 2014, we had no idea if installers and integrators would embrace the online shopping experience – now, three years later, almost 30 per cent of our total orders are placed online,” said Mclean. “A key concern for my team over the next 12 to 18 months is to ensure our site continues to develop to meet the increased demand from our growing customer base.”
