Melbourne Polytechnic Releases Electronic Security Supply Invite For Services Panel Across All 7 Campuses.
Melbourne Polytechnic has released an invitation to supply for electronic security systems maintenance services and the establishment of a services panel.
The scope seeks the engagement of a single supplier to deliver scheduled preventative electronic security maintenance across all Melbourne Polytechnic campuses. In parallel, the organisation intends to form a services panel responsible for reactive and ad hoc electronic security work.
The panel will cover CCTV, access control and building alarm systems, with services required across the institution’s full property footprint. The scope of future works covers 7 campuses, including Preston, Fairfield, Epping, Heidelberg, Greensborough, Prahran and Collingwood.
The procurement is open to providers with capability in electronic security maintenance, multi-site service delivery and the support of CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
Meanwhile, the contract term for both components is an initial 3-year period with an option to extend for an additional 2 years, subject to organisational requirements and performance.
This electronic security supply invitation closes on December 19 at 2pm – you can learn more here or read more SEN news here.
