Mercury Ends X-Series Production Introduces M-Series Controllers.

Mercury Ends X-Series Production – Mercury Security, part of HID Global, has announced end-of-production for X-Series controllers, and the introduction of upgraded M-Series controllers.

The ramp-down and phase-out of X-Series controllers will occur between now and Q3 2024, and the new generation of controllers (M-Series) will be introduced in Q3 2024.

LenelS2’s latest systems will support these new controllers immediately on release, however, customers on older OnGuard or NetBox systems that do not support the new M-Series controllers may be impacted.

Customers using older versions of OnGuard or NetBox are encouraged to reach out to integrators and suppliers to discuss options in preparation for Mercury controller updates.

You can learn about the new Mercury M-Series controllers here or read more SEN news here.
