MICO MSR PE Emergency And Panic Device – MICO MSR PE range is a series of multipoint, surface-mounted emergency and panic escape devices designed to provide single-handed egress in the event of an emergency.

These devices are tested and approved to meet LPS 1175 SR2 on selected single and double doorsets, offering a combination of forced-entry resistance and rapid egress capability. The devices also meet the latest BS EN 179 and BS EN 1125 standards, ensuring compliance for both emergency and panic escape functions.

The MICO MSR range is designed for steel, timber, or composite doorsets used applications including perimeter exits, and internal escape routes where secure egress is required. The low operating force makes the system ideal for areas where ease of exit is crucial, while the high resistance to forced entry enhances security.

The devices are built from stainless steel and are available in 2 and 3-point locking variants. The mechanism provides a 20mm bolt throw and can accommodate doors up to 2150mm high and 98mm wide. Each unit is supplied with an 800mm stainless steel push bar, offering a consistent and robust user interface for activation.
