Minarah College Seeks CCTV, Intercom – Minarah College is seeking qualified contractors to deliver the second phase of its CCTV and intercom systems rollout, focused on Blocks H, N, P and M, and the main campus entry points.
The works include supply, installation, structured cabling, termination, configuration and commissioning of specified Axis and Aruba equipment, all to be integrated into the college’s existing security VLAN and CCTV system environment.
Phase 1 of the project established Axis CCTV coverage with 26 deployed cameras, 3 dedicated Axis video servers, dual LCD monitoring displays, and live administration via workstation and laptop. Phase 2 is designed to complete the surveillance network while introducing video intercom access at the front and rear gates with indoor answering units.
The project must be completed during the school’s Term 3 holiday period between September 26 and October 13, 2025. A mandatory site visit will be conducted to familiarise shortlisted vendors with layout and device positions. All new components must integrate with the current Axis platform and IP allocations will be coordinated with the college’s IT team.
The specification includes over 80 Axis cameras of various models across 4 blocks, numerous Axis mounting kits, Aruba switches at the gates, 2N IP intercom units, reception station units, and subscription-based cloud intercom management. The successful contractor must pre-configure devices offsite, supply and terminate all structured cabling, integrate all systems, and deliver documentation including as-built diagrams, test results, and warranties.
The college will assess tenders based on technical compliance, pricing, Axis and Aruba deployment experience, adherence to the project timeline, and warranty and support provisions.
