Council says it is changing its approach to building/facilities maintenance and wishes to engage directly with specialist service providers to deliver routine and reactive maintenance services, including minor works.

The scope of services is access control and alarm systems, CCTV systems, monitoring and response of alarms, cash collection, and security guards, a full audit and update of the asset inventory within 3 months of contract commencement, contract administration and asset management using Council’s information systems, and the investigation and resolution of customer queries.
