MEDI-Mate is a new Aussie-made Ness product aimed directly at tradies looking for a fast and effective self-monitored medical alert solution.
Medi-Mate features easy programming via the front panel or remote programming by SMS. Help alerts are sent via 4G as self-monitoring SMS messages or audible voice reporting, allowing family members to keep an eye on elderly relatives, while ensuring they enjoy complete autonomy.
When a help alert has been received you can use the 2-way voice call feature and talk back with hands-free operation for the user. The system supports up to 8 Medi-Mate 2-way radio pendants. Supplied with plug pack, internal backup battery and a 2-way radio pendant with chain and wrist strap. Includes a Ness SIM card.
