New Superior MegaHub From Ajax Supports 9991 Wired And Wireless Devices And 224 Ajax Cameras.

New Superior MegaHub From Ajax – Ajax Systems’ Superior MegaHub is designed to support up to 9991 wired and wireless devices, 100 security groups, 1000 users, and 100 automation scenarios in a single hybrid platform.

MegaHub’s combination of Fibra wired and Jeweller wireless technologies, backed by Ethernet, Wi-Fi and dual SIM connectivity, forms the backbone of Ajax’s highest capacity security control panel to date.

Superior MegaHub is supplied in 2 versions, including a full enclosure version and a board-only version for integration into compatible Ajax Case installations. The enclosed version includes internal LED indicators and an integrated tamper, while the board variant supports external LEDs and tamper connections.

The control panel supports up to 8 Fibra lines or 4 Fibra rings, giving installers the flexibility to use radial, ring or tree topologies with a maximum communication range of 2000 metres per line.

The hub also supports Superior Jeweller, TurboWings and VoRF radio protocols, with wireless transmission ranges up to 2000 metres in open space. Visual verification is supported using MotionCam detectors, including on-demand, scheduled, and event-triggered image capture.

MegaHub supports multiple simultaneous communication paths, with up to 4 providers via dual SIM slots (2G/4G), plus Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Automatic switching is near instant between Ethernet, Wi-Fi and mobile data, and under 4 minutes between SIMs.

For automation, the hub supports scenarios triggered by events, temperature, humidity, gas concentration, schedule, or system state. System capacity includes up to 492 standalone cameras, 224 Ajax IP cameras via NVR, and 36 Ajax NVRs. Up to 10 range extenders can be deployed.

Tamper protections include case tamper detection, line short and break detection, spoofing prevention and jamming detection with frequency hopping. In ring topology, if the line breaks, connected devices continue operation via split beam paths. Power is supplied via 100–240V AC, and backup is supported via an 18Ah 12V battery for up to 60 hours of standalone operation.
