NSW Whole-of-Government Security Services Tender Covers All Services Across 7 Regions.
NSW Whole-of-Government Security Services Tender – NSW Public Works has issued an open request for proposals to establish a Whole-of-Government (WofG) integrated security services panel. The contract covers a wide range of security services across 7 regional packages in New South Wales, with tenders closing on 27 August, 2025.

This standing offer arrangement enables eligible customer agencies to procure services from panel contractors as required. The scope includes manned guarding, alarm monitoring and response, patrols, secure mail handling, and the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems. Service roles include guards, crowd controllers, control room operators, health and mental health security officers, and rangers.
Contractors may apply for 1 or more of the regional packages. While subcontracting is allowed, direct service delivery is preferred, and successful respondents must demonstrate sufficient capacity across their nominated regions. Tenderers are encouraged to offer a broad portfolio of services within each package.
A voluntary online briefing will be held on 29 July to provide further information about the contract and response process. A supplier hub account is required to submit a response. The final panel appointments are expected to be announced by October 31.
