Permaconn Acquires Patriot Systems – Mission-critical signalling solutions provider Permaconn has announced the acquisition of Patriot Systems, an NZ-based world leader in alarm response management software solutions.
According to Andrew Pears, CEO of Sydney-based Permaconn, the Patriot Systems team will continue to operate independently, but with strong collaboration across sales and product innovation initiatives to continue the companies’ mission to deliver technology innovation to help protect people and property.
The companies share many of the same monitoring centre customers and have had longstanding success in ensuring their respective products integrate seamlessly to unlock efficiencies for monitoring centre ecosystems. Permaconn and Patriot Systems will continue to prioritise their full compatibility with other signalling and monitoring software solutions.
