PROCCTV Seeks Security Technician – Brisbane-based PROCCTV seeks security technician to join its team in 2023.
Working closely with a small team, you will be working with customers to service and install security camera systems, (as well as intercom and alarm systems when required), predominantly across Brisbane.

Main duties and responsibilities
This on the road position will find you travelling around the Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan and Redlands region (with occasional travel to Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and other areas as required) completing installations at different locations on a daily basis.
* Working a small team in the installation and commissioning of new hardwired CCTV security camera systems at residential, commercial and retail premises
* Working closely with customers to set up remote access viewing systems on their devices
* Replacements and upgrades of CCTV security camera systems at residential, commercial and retail premises
* Troubleshooting previous installations
* Replacement equipment in line with product and workmanship warranty guarantees
* Picking up materials from wholesalers.
Skills and experience
* Have previous experience in the installation of data/security cabling which includes the use of external conduit
* Have industry experience
* Be comfortable and competent with roof work and working at heights
* Excellent people skills and the ability to work with customers to train them on how to use their system.
Must Have
* Security licence
* AMCA open cablers licence
* White card
* Working at heights
* Current driver’s licence (must maintain this)
* Willing to obtain other tickets as required.
