PSS Eco Alto Series ECO2200L UPS – PSS Eco Alto Series ECO2200L is a 2200VA/1320W tower-format UPS designed to protect workstations, CCTV systems, telecommunications equipment, modems, NBN hardware and point-of-sale installations from power loss and electrical disturbances.
The unit, which is distributed by LSC, provides surge protection and battery-backup in a compact form factor suited to home, office and small commercial environments. The ECO2200L uses boost-and-buck automatic voltage regulation to stabilise incoming power across a wide input range of 162–290V.
It supports cold start and auto-restart functions, allowing continued operation during outages and automatic recovery when mains power returns. The UPS includes 4 Australian 10A output sockets, sealed lead-acid batteries (2 x 12V/9Ah) and an expected recharge period of 6–8 hours to 90 per cent capacity after full discharge.
An LCD interface displays input and output voltage, load level, battery condition and UPS status. The unit incorporates intelligent battery management, automatic diagnostics on startup and audible alarms for mains failure, fault conditions and battery status.
Communication options include USB, RS232 and bundled UPSilon monitoring software for system control and event logging. Surge protection is provided across power and RJ45 network inputs.
The ECO2200L is designed to supply stable output (230V ±10 per cent) with simulated sine wave output on battery and a typical transfer time of 2–6ms. Physical dimensions are 198mm (H) x 158mm (W) x 380mm (D). The design is compatible with generator power and meets noise and environmental requirements for indoor installation.
