Securitas Integrates Crisis Response With Monitoring – Securitas has partnered with AlertMedia to offer integrated crisis response solutions combining real-time risk intelligence with incident response capabilities.

According to Securitas Digital president Martin Althén, the agreement strengthens the company’s ability to protect people and assets in a volatile global environment.

“Together with AlertMedia, we provide both the experts and the platform to build resilient programs that protect what matters most,” Althén said. “We can move fast and stay dynamic, which is exactly what’s required to meet the growing demand for real-time risk intelligence and duty of care.”

The partnership connects Securitas’ managed risk intelligence and global security operations centre capabilities with AlertMedia’s cloud-based risk and response platform. The integration allows for real-time monitoring, automated alerts, mass communication, and coordinated incident response, which the companies say reduces complexity and shortens time to action.

Securitas’ intelligence services currently support clients dealing with threats from geopolitical shifts, natural disasters, and related risks. With this agreement, the company offers a combined solution that is positioned to appeal to businesses looking to manage travel safety, cyber threats, and remote workforce vulnerabilities at scale.

“Security professionals face more complexity than ever in an increasingly volatile risk landscape,” said AlertMedia CEO Christopher Kenessey.

“Our partnership with Securitas enables organizations to benefit from 24/7 threat detection and incident response best practices without having to build internal capabilities from scratch.”

Securitas said the partnership is part of a broader strategy to position the company as an intelligence-led security partner for global clients.
