Globalzone is a premier IP Video Alarm and Access Control system integrator that services all of Australia. GZ is currently seeking a motivated, committed and reliable candidate for a junior apprentice position, with on-job training with its qualified and experienced field technician for security installation and service work.
You will be partnered with a senior technician working projects through from initiation to installation and system commissioning of alarm, CCTV, access control, intercoms, video analytics, solar camera poles and more.
The GlobalZone team will provide the successful applicant with technical training in the following systems and technologies:
* ICT Protege GX
* Inner Range – Inception and Integriti
* Paradox alarm systems
* Dahua and Hikvision – CCTV /Intercoms
* Inner Range Multipath
* Gantner access control
* Tecom
* Inner Range Concept
* IT and system networking.
To be considered for this position the candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:
* A current Victorian driver’s license
* Punctual, reliable and energetic
* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
* Competent computer skills
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
* High attention to details
* Proactive and with high levels of initiative
* Results driven person with outstanding communication skills
* Good personality and team player
* A Police name check is required for future security installer licence.
