SEME Wins Roebourne Regional Prison Gallagher Upgrade.
Perth-based security integrator SEME Solutions has won a tender to upgrade Gallagher access control hardware at Roebourne Regional Prison, as well as IndigoVision CCTV.
Roebourne Regional Prison is a 161-bed prison near Roebourne in the City of Karratha in the Pilbara region of Western Australia established in March 1984 following the closure of Roebourne Gaol.
Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Department of Finance sought tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Gallagher hardware upgrade earlier in the year.
SEME Wins Roebourne Regional Prison Upgrade
The $A113,000 scope of work includes but is not limited to the decommissioning of 10 existing Gallagher Controller 3000 field devices supplying and installing new Gallagher Controller 6000 units and upgrading headend servers.
The server upgrade includes Gallagher Command Centre and IndigoVision Control Centre version upgrades, as well as re-establishing the existing high-level interface between Gallagher Command Centre and IndigoVision Control Centre, including the prison’s perimeter microwave detector inputs.
