SERCO Australia is seeking the supply, installation and maintenance of electronic security solutions.
The tender description calls for the design, supply and installation and maintenance of electronic security systems such as cameras, access control, alarms, gates and sensors.
The tender doesn’t specify a particular application for what seems to be a fully integrated security solution but Serco Australia is a big company with 9000 staff across ANZ, Hong Kong and mainland China supporting government and other public service providers in 7 key sectors: citizen services, defence, facility services, health, immigration, justice and transport.
Serco’s recent work in Australia includes the delivery of a new Romanian-built ice breaker, the building of the new $A1.5 billion Grafton prison – which broke ground a month or so ago – management of immigration centres and prisons, healthcare and aged care and plenty more.
This tender has some serious lead time. It closes on June 30, 2018. ♦
