Local Buy is establishing a national procurement network (NPN) register of pre-qualified suppliers (RPQS) LGA arrangement to cater for a diverse range of smart cities product solutions and services to assist purchasers in managing their individual requirements.
The intent of this new NPN local government arrangement is to provide purchasers in Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Victoria, as well as local governments and other purchasers, with easy access to goods and services by providing effective and streamlined procurement processes.
