Stowe Australia Securing Sydney Fish Markets – Security integrator Stowe Australia is in the process of securing the new Sydney Fish Markets, currently under construction at Glebe in Sydney.
Stowe Australia is handling all electrical work, data systems, and cabling across the entire market, including wholesale and retail spaces, as well as installing security systems, access controls, and lighting.
Sydney Fish Market, which will open in 2025, is a $A750 million project designed by architects 3XN. An operating fish market, the facility is also a major food and dining attraction on Sydney’s inner harbour.
When completed, the Sydney Fish Market will have the biggest public market hall in the Southern hemisphere, featuring a seafood auction hall with a variety of fish traders, as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, and food retailers in a market hall setting. There’s also a 6000 square metre waterfront promenade.
