Western Sydney University Campus Security organisation is seeking suitable software vendors to provide a solution for its campus security and contractor compliance needs.
The University's high-level objectives are:
* Enable contractors' access to campuses to perform work or deliver services and for the Campus Security team to have accurate knowledge of their physical location at all times.
* Ensure contractors' compliance with work, health and safety induction regulations as well as required permits and licenses are properly validated.
* Manage the issuing of access keys given to contractors to university's facilities.
UWS had a legacy site access application called Praxeo which has been discontinued due to lack of vendor support as an end of life product and had to revert back to manual processes and controls until a suitable replacement is introduced which the purpose of this RFI.
