Vivid Seeks CCTV, Comms, Networking – NSW Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade is seeking provision of event radios, communications, CCTV and networking services for Vivid Sydney for a term of 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025) with 2 x 1-year options (2026, 2027).

Vivid Sydney, the largest event in Australia, attracted 2.58 million visitors in 2022 and is owned, managed and produced by Destination NSW, the NSW Government’s tourism and major events agency.
Vivid Sydney features an outdoor gallery of lighting sculptures and 3D projections, a contemporary music program and live entertainment on a grand scale.
Vivid Sydney 2023 will take place from 26 May – 17 June, and will include 4 programs:
* Vivid Light – transforms large parts of Sydney’s CBD with light sculptures and large-scale 3D architectural projections onto iconic buildings and landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
* Vivid Music – offers an extensive program of performance, multi-genre musical collaborations, and contemporary and experimental music at venues across Sydney.
* Vivid Ideas – offers creative ideas, public talks, industry seminars, conferences, workshops and debate.
* Vivid Food – chefs, producers, restaurateurs and event companies the opportunity to create festival food events and activations that are creative, innovative and stimulate visitation to CBD restaurants and venues.
