AccessFlow Visitor Management Integrates With Gallagher, Inner Range, Aritech – AccessFlow’s Visitor Management module integrates with major security platforms including Gallagher Command Centre, Inner Range Integriti and Inception, and Aritech WMS Pro, linking visitor and contractor management directly with access control and site compliance.
The module runs on AccessFlow’s Unified Operations Management Platform and replaces manual sign-in processes with automated workflows covering visitor entry, contractor inductions, compliance status and access permissions.
Visitors can fast-track through entry points using a kiosk, QR code or access control-generated PIN, while contractor crews can complete inductions before arriving on site. Visitor movements are logged against access zones, with lobby-mode approval, watchlist matching and data partitioning supporting applications including government and defence sites.
Access permissions can also respond automatically to changes in compliance status. If an induction lapses or a permit expires, associated access can be revoked without operator intervention.
No inbound firewall rules
According to AccessFlow Global chief program officer Brian Gee, this connection between compliance and physical access is central to the system.
"It means the system doesn't just log a name at the door and stop there,” Gee said.
“Every approval, compliance check and access decision is linked to that visit, so the moment something changes mid-visit the platform reacts immediately, rather than waiting for someone to notice.”
Visitor management also connects with AccessFlow functions, including drug and alcohol testing and evacuation and mustering, according to AccessFlow Global director, Randeep Saini.
"Visitor Management doesn't sit on its own," Saini said. "It runs on the same platform as drug and alcohol testing and evacuation and mustering, so a visitor isn't just checked in, they're accounted for across the whole ecosystem, whether that's confirming no one on site is impaired or producing a live headcount during an emergency.

The integration is based on a shared data model, with visitor records, compliance status and access permissions updating together rather than operating as separate systems. Access control connections use a lightweight outbound-only agent, avoiding the need to open inbound firewall rules into the security network.
Along with Gallagher Command Centre, Inner Range Integriti and Inception, and Aritech WMS Pro, AccessFlow integrates with Genetec Security Center and Verkada. The platform is deployed across government, logistics, ports, airports and commercial buildings.
