ARLO Technologies has partnered with Eagle Eye Networks to combine the Arlo FlexPower Camera System with the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS for a Cloud-based commercial video surveillance solution.

The joint offering provides up to 4 wireless cameras with 130-degree angles of view per Arlo FlexPower base station, with as many FlexPower base stations as desired connected to Eagle Eye Networks’ commercial-grade bridges or cloud-managed video recorders (CMVRs).

The Arlo FlexPower camera system consists of wire-free, battery-powered ONVIF-compliant IP cameras and is compatible with various existing security systems. Meanwhile, the FlexPower base station can be installed on the ceiling, wall, or placed flat on any surface.

“We are very excited to be working with Eagle Eye Networks to further expand the reach of Arlo’s smart monitoring solutions into new markets such as the small and medium business sector which present a strong demand for flexible, robust security solutions,” says Tom Babula, senior vice president of world-wide sales at Arlo.

“As a leader in commercial cloud surveillance, Eagle Eye Networks offers one of the most secure and extendable Cloud video solution in the industry. With our wireless system, we can deliver a convenient and cyber-secure video solution for customers and dealers alike.”

Eagle Eye Cloud VMS is a fully managed, regionally stored, redundant surveillance video solution with features designed specifically with multi-site, centrally-managed users in mind.

In Australia the Arlo brand is carried by powerhouse retail chains like Bunnings, The Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi, while Eagle Eye Networks has recently launched in ANZ and is currently establishing distribution channels. Ω
