NYCON Services has won Campbelltown Council’s tender for an experienced contractor to handle installation and maintenance services of Council’s Tecom Challenger security alarm systems.
Council has 96 alarmed facilities which require ongoing maintenance. The facilities have a mixture of dialler and IP based connections and handles the systems and their programming using Tecom Security Commander software.
Security Commander provides a user-friendly way to manage all aspects of the Challenger security system. Operators can create cards, manage cardholders, run reports, respond to alarms, and fully configure and control devices from an intuitive user interface.
Headquartered in Matraville, Nycon’s Security Division has been serving the Sydney Metropolitan, Central Coast and Wollongong areas for 25 years and its integration business handles new installations and upgrades.
The Campbelltown Council tender closed late last year.
