Ajax SeismoProtect G3 Fibra – Ajax has released the SeismoProtect G3 Fibra, a wired seismic detector designed for Grade 3 security applications.
The unit is engineered to detect vibration caused by cutting, drilling, hammering, and explosions, with additional protection against physical interference such as tilting or pressing. An onboard shock sensor supplements the seismic sensor to improve detection reliability in vaults, safes, ATMs, strong rooms, and other high-risk areas.
SeismoProtect G3 Fibra uses a software algorithm that distinguishes threats from environmental noise such as passing trains or nearby construction. Sensitivity is adjustable, and each alarm type is transmitted with a distinct code for integration with professional monitoring systems. Alerts include event type, device name, and location, and are transmitted via the Ajax platform for mobile and desktop notification.
The detector ships with a stainless-steel mounting plate, armoured 1.5m cable, tamper protection, self-test module, and full installation hardware. It supports secure installation on curved steel or concrete surfaces. The unit is part of the Ajax Superior line and integrates into systems with intrusion, life safety, automation, and video components, managed from a single interface.
Ajax seismic detection technology is designed for applications where electronic sensors are required to detect mechanical attack attempts early in the intrusion process, before access is gained.
